can i say something? listen to me....you sound like me...i weight 250..i look like 170...flat stomach excellent shape...ppl say ahh u weight this and that an di kind of got comfortable..im trying to get off my weight! and im trying sooo hard to eat properly..but it's so hard..but i have you and jumoke to keep my motivated..thanks for posting

Im so sorry to say this, but this is the first video i have watched of yours and i feel dreadfull!! Iv just been trying to keep up with ones im subbed to it really takes a lot out of your day.

You touched on competition driving your weight loss & motivation, isn't it funny that we can turn it on and off at certain times? Goes to show we all CAN kick ass when we really want to, but I'm like you, I lost 12lbs during the sfc, when it was over, I felt lost. So I can relate. Kechi I really think you are a shining star in our little community. I'm not just saying that either, your sfc videos are amazing, you stand out, you are a creative, funny, intelligent girl and above all, gorgeous!
