http://deltaboost.com Delta Boost Sleep and Meditation Mp3 Program. Delta Boost is a excellent aid to meditation and can also be used for relaxing and as a aid for going to sleep. ( see http://deltaboost.com ).
Delta Boost is a excellent choice for those who desire a brainwave entrainment meditation program similar to Holosync ( see http://deltaboost.com/Holosync-Alternative.php ) or Hemi Sync, but who are looking for something less expensive.
The Delta Boost style of meditation music is the result of the discovery that our brainwaves tend to adjust their frequencies to fall in line with an external stimulus frequency if it happens to be within the same range, a behavior known as the Frequency Following Response (FFR). Such music targets the brainwaves and influences them to induce a calmer and more peaceful mental state. This practice is commonly known as brainwave entrainment.
In the video introduction (first 40 seconds) 1 hz brainwave entrainment (harmonic box x - binaural beats and monaural beats) are used with a carrier frequency of 60 hz. The entrainment is embedded with ambient music. Thereafter harmonic box x 3.5 hz, 2.5 hz, 2 hz, 1.5 hz, 1 hz, .5 hz, .3 hz is embedded into ambient music with a carrier frequency of 136.10 hz. The last 2 minutes of the video consists of different ambient music embedded with harmonic box x entrainment, this time with a carrier frequency of 83 hz.
Understanding The Delta Brainwave
Delta brainwaves are considered the most relaxing brainwave frequency range. Delta brainwaves are commonly associated with the deepest sleep [stages 3 and 4] and a state of unconscious awareness. Delta brainwaves are the lowest in brainwave frequency: ranging from 0 - 4 Hz, but are the highest in amplitude. Delta brainwaves, like other slower brainwave patterns, are generated in the right hemisphere, though they may be observed in widespread patterns throughout various parts of the brain. The delta brainwave range is associated with empathy, the unconscious mind, and a decreased sense of awareness.
Benefits Of Increasing Delta Brainwaves
Release of Anti-Aging hormones - One of the associated benefits of increasing your delta brainwaves is the release of anti-aging hormones......
Advanced healing of body and mind - The delta brainwave rhythm is known to completely rejuvenate, replenish, and heal the entire body and brain. The delta brainwave revives the body after a hard day by regenerating necessary chemicals while a person is asleep.....
Human Growth Hormone (H.G.H.) Release - The delta brainwave is associated with the stimulation of the pituitary gland, which in-turn, is able to release human-growth-hormone — commonly referred to as H.G.H. .....
Connection with unconscious mind - Though the alpha and theta brainwaves are capable of bridging the gap between conscious thoughts and the subconscious mind, the delta brainwave allows us to connect deeper: it allows us to connect with the deepest possible level of our consciousness.....
Deepest possible level of mind / body relaxation - Delta brainwaves while a person is conscious or awake, are extremely rare. However, advanced meditators and infants, are 2 groups of people that are able to enjoy the deeply relaxing benefits of the delta brainwave.....
Boosted immune system - Increasing your delta brainwaves can lead to a boosted immune system due to the fact that delta brainwaves are associated with age-reversal or slowing, the production of healthy hormones, and significantly decreased amounts of stress......

I want to know why you reference severa frequencies for each chakra. For example, re the solar plexus chakra you have 3 frequencies listed but only 126.22 is the frequency of the sun.
Musical Scale - E, mi (330 Hz) | solar plexus chakra (320 hz and 126.22 hz)

@Swimboy2 On my musicmefree website on the "Contact Us" page you will find my email address in bold type. I did a lot of research online about the Chakras and some sources apply two frequencies to each Chakra, and some just 1 frequency. I got my info from the chart at lunarsight . com/freq.htm, which also applies lower frequencies (between 1 and 12 hz) to the Chakras.
