Does it happen whenever a fight last 3 rounds or what? Or it only triggers under special conditions, like the stage shifts in Samurai Shodown 3/4/5?

I have this game. It's not super, but not complete garbage. Doesn't have nearly as many moves as Tekken or Guilty Gear series.

its a 2D fighter with armored suits, what else u could ask for? a bigger screen and more fighters... YES, but still, the game play is alot faster than bleach or naruto games, an that i love, i hate games that seem so slow for "super powered humans"
