    Food isn't supposed to look good or taste good. We eat because our bodies need the proper nutrition to function well. The more you make food look attractive, the more you will consume them. Just steam your veggies with no seasonings and boil your lean meat with no seasonings too....so there....dinner is served....ENJOY !!!
