  • i have a question i am 16 and am 6"1 weighing 178 pounds and i have been doing abs for quite some time and i have seen no results. am i doing something wrong? am i to big for my height? do i need to lose weight? i am not eating much consuming about 1000-1500 calories a day.

  • I have a few questions:

    How many reps are you doing and how often?

    Are you doing cardio?

    Do you know your Body Fat %?

    What types of calories / foods are you eating?

  • can i still get the lower 2 abs because i had a surgery and the scar is about 3 inches long and about 1 inch above my belly button

  • Absolutely, quality of the move is key, watch your form closely because the scar tissue will create asymmetry, scar tissue is still live tissue, so it can be developed, it will take longer, but you can do it!

  • am still confused as someone told me, that first you neeed to lose all the belly fat and then do these kinds of workout that are meant for belly......

  • Doing these exercises builds leans muscle in the abdominal (tummy) area, lean muscle burns fat, so by doing these exercises with a properly balanced diet you will get the best results in the shortest amount time.

  • yes cardio does help because everybody has a layer of fat over there abs and you need to do some kind of cardio tro burn that fat away befor you can see your abs you should have less then 13% body fat to see them

    my weight was on 25 February 75 kg and now it's 67 kg, so I lose 8 kg but my belly is still fat,And I have been practicing abdominal exercises 5 times a week for 20 minutes, my friends tell that I become thin, and what I noticed it my leg and butt they becoming so thin

    I'm eating only the vegetables and fruits drinking water you know the healthy foods,

    please help why this happen to me
