  • Hummm...a hard-core conservative is nominated for President, with lots of animus toward moderates in his own party in 1964. Could this be Back to the Future for the GOP in 2012 if Cain or Perry wins the nomination? History doesn't repeat itself but it sometimes does come close.

  • @bbdupon I believe Ron Paul will make Mitt Romney the VP, just like Ronald Reagan put his enemy George W. Bush Sr. on the VP ticket, in order to unite the party....... or else you will see another civil war in the republican party like 1964.
