My. Nose bleed for 30 min

also if i hold my nose it COMES THREW MY MOUTH this is not a good way for me if it isnt comeing threw my nose it comes threw my mouth

it doesnt work for me and i get them random and i go to the bathroom and spray water in my nose or keep sneezeing until the big glob of blood comes out (aka the source of the blood)
