Biondina is a rebellious young girl in search of attention. Reluctant to accept the common rules of the society where she lives, on her way to her class she catches a fat toad and promptly releases the animal it in the classroom. Surrounded by the evocative Southern Italy scenery, Biondina narrates a poetic tale of a daughter and a mother looking for each other.
