Jones School of Business at Texas Southern University comes one step closer to becoming a reality with the first generous installment donation of $100,000.00 of a $1 million pledge from alumnus, businessman, Kase Lawal. The RNC elects its first Black Chairman in Former Lieutenant Governor Michael Steele who won his bid to become the first African-American Chairman of the Republican National Committee. Houston based Astoundry was named the best place to work in Texas by the Association of Business, the Texas State Council of the Society for Human Resource Management, and Best Companies Group. The facility is being built in Saudi Arabia as an international, graduate-level research university dedicated to inspiring a new age of scientific achievement in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that will also benefit the region and the world.
