Basically what Kudeghraw said is right, I would just encourage everybody not to buy music off labels doing this shit. I'm personally sick of paying for a CD only to realize it has 1 good song and 14 total shit songs. Get a grip dear music industry and stop being so fucking greedy.
And on a sidenote whoever blames Youtube for this should be blaming the record labels. It's not like Youtube removes audio or disables tracks for fun.
