Until you've worked with some of these folks it's bs to call it racism. I used to run a crew with all types of people and the mexicans would pretend they didn't understand me in order to get out of doing work and they would also talk shit because they didn't think I spoke Spanish. The English came out pretty quick when I told them to pound sand.
