Most people that get accepted to a university could complete a med doctorate if they were very motivated to do so.
Few could complete a phd in physics, no matter how motivated they were.

uh.. basically I was saying that w/ just my undergrad, i could be a nuclear physicist.. essentially im perplexed and curious as to the technical aspect of title of DR in his area of study.. so thanks
