@fabfeet1969 Agreed. Changing a TV program due to music rights is wrong. What the heck is "March Of the Martians" doing for Harry Breuer? Is the song making him money? No. So why not allow it to be used where people can hear & enjoy it. Same story goes for a show like WKRP. Using songs in a TV show is promotion for the music!
Loved Friightenstein, but I can't watch it in it's butchered form. I hear that new theme and I cringe(that and most of the wolfman segments are cut or redubbed).

Well out here in the boonies-Saskatoon-our notoriously cheap major tv station-CFQC-ran this as part of a show called, Bashful Boris' Boarding House. An after school local kiddie show where the host, you guessed it-Bashful Boris-would have a a few kiddies in the studio while we all watched various segments of Frightenstein, The station also used Frightenstein's opening and closing music as its own. This was a fun show.

Too bad that due to copyright issues with the original "March of The Martians" they had to redub the closing and opening credits of the show.
Luckily I have the complete version of the original "March of The Martians" is is 2:20 seconds long.
