I just copied the video to safe old memories...

Not mine officially- Nickelodeon/Viacom c.1992. This is the official burying of the Nickelodeon Time Capsule at the now-demolished Nickelodeon Studios at Universal Studios, Orlando, Florida on April 30, 1992. For some reason I decided to videotape the burial of the capsule. I'm glad I did. For over a decade I thought this video to be long lost......until last November when I grabbed a random tape from my folk's house, watched it and saw the time capsule burial. Who knows what is truely in store for this capsule in 2042? This was back when Nickelodeon was still watchable. People you may remember from the 90's in this include Mike O'Malley and Joey Lawrence from the show "Blossom."

When Nickelodeon Studios closed, the time capsule was moved to the Nickelodeon Suites Resort (the Nick Hotel) in Orlando. Some pictures of the time capsule, as it looks today, have been posted on the Internet.

FYI: They were never demolished. The building is still used as a studio, but instead by blue man group and sun sports florida. The studio is still exactly the same on the inside, even retaining the same nickelodeon decor that was there before.
