"Who says you're not perfect?" - Selena Gomez.

Who said you had to be skinny to be beautiful? Why are you trying to look like someone else? You are unique. In all the history of the world there will never be another you. You says you're not beautiful? Be healthy and get to your right size, not someone else's!

Performed by 4 year old Sophia. This video was made for a contest by Sophia's mom and won second place! It was also featured in AdAge.

  • i think it's great to teach someone, especially at that young an age, to believe in themselves and not to copy other people because you think you're not beautiful. Everyone is beautiful. Everyone is unique. Don't let ANYONE make you feel like you're not. Don't give them that power over you. I think this is the sweetest, most touching video i've ever seen.

  • I'm thirteen years old and I have struggled with no self respect. I started crying when she said i was unique. I never thought a littel girl could make me think twice before saying bad things about myself. I'm skinny but always wanted to be a little more normal size. But watching with video made my realize its ok to be me and no one else. I never know that little girls can change a girl who has struggled for years with this issue. Thank you so much! I love you Sophia! Sophia.... Thank you

  • @Armygirl4jj I'm so very glad that little Sophia touched your heart so deeply and made you realize how unique and important you are in this world. God made you unique and wants you to be happy and have respect for your self. You're at a tough age, especially for a girl because of all the changes you're going through. I can tell just by your comment that you're a great kid. Please keep letting yourself know that every day of your life. God Bless, John
