Yep - ypu are right. Wonder why Bono thought he was a good man? HMMMmmm! He even made a heartfelt statement on what a good and honest man Helms was. There's a seat waiting in hell alright but not for Jesse Helms.

Jesse Helms' record on human rights is distinguished as one of the most compassionate in the US Senate's history. Jesse was voted by the members of both parties year after year as Washington DC's "friendliest" public servant, despite what the media and ultra left might want to tell you. He's a man of his word and always put his constituancy and country first. Look at the US Senate today and tell me who will stand up for America with more conviction than him.
