Ingredients: Three egg whites, three cups of oatmeal, half a cup of all natural peanut butter(recommended), one cup of chocolate whey protein, half a cup of unsweetened applesauce, one fourth of a cup of milk, half a cup of whole wheat flour, half a cup of brown sugar, a table spoon of chocolate cocoa powder, chocolate chips, one teaspoon of vanilla extract. I accidentally skipped it in the video.

Calories: 180 per cookie, 13 grams protein.
