Edward Theiss films an oyster boat loaded with oysters docking at Seville Square in Pensacola Florida after a big catch in Apalachicola Bay sometime in the mid-1940's. Throughout the year these numbers have been going down from over fishing and from recent Hurricanes, but now with the BP Oil spill this may be video will never be seen again. The BP oil spill has wiped out the Oyster fishing on the Gulf Coast and this video shows just how big the oyster fishing was in this region.
