Hasini, the 'Sunflower​' !!!

Hasini's school fancy dress competition took place on May 16, 2011 at the Church Parish Hall in Ruwi.

Hasini was a 'Sunflower'. Unlike on the previous occasion, Hasini's batch was called on stage second. Last time at least, Hasini had the excuse of getting tired, waiting for almost 2 hours for her turn to come to be under the spotlight - therefore didn't do her part well !!

This time around it happened in less than an hour. Hasini again did not do well at all. For all the coaching the Shyamalie gave her and after those innumerable practice sessions, Hasini went on stage and mumbled something which I'm sure not even she heard. It was a disaster to put it mildly !!!

But of course, we did not say anything to her -- except that she should've spoken up loudly into the mike.

Hasini however kept saying that she did very nicely !!! LOL !!!
