@monkeymuffins1980 So youre telling me people dont have the moeny to get the surgery because they waste money on years worth of junk food and garbage?
-
@TrollOfTheSkies Not everyone has health insurance. I would rather spend $5 on apple juice than the thousands for the surgery...

Just do the freaking surgery and get over it quickly. I had the laparoscopic procedure performed on me(yeah I know one organic hippie is shouting OH YOU LET THEM BUTCHER YOUR BODY OPEN????) Its only 4 incisions smaller than 3 inches. I was discharged in 2 days. IDK why someone would wuss out and do flushes. BTW, flushes arent safer than the procedure, what if you have pancreatitis due to galstones? That was my case.

lemon olive oil and salt right?

@rickcain2320 Thank you for your input. I do realize what the claims are for the cleanse, unfortunately they are not based on sound scientific research. In fact the evidence presented to support the cleanse are only the by products of saponification of the oil, acidic food items, and alkaline bile, and not actual gallstones. In my case, I had a billary system blockage from sand size gallstones causing liver failure. If I had opted to try this cleanse I would have died from liver failure.

i did it once and surprised to see handful of green(soft)so called stones.i am quite doubtful that this olive green congested substance is any kind of stone.to me it was apple juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice ,blended with olive oil and digestive enzymes in stomach!!!if you can kindly comment please!!!!! and i dont feel any relief too!! if you can kindly help please!! regards

@thobbit60 Well the theory is that the acidic lemon and the oil trigger the gall bladder to squeeze very hard, pushing out the stones into the bile duct and then into the small intestine. Normally the gall bladder doesn't need to squeeze much because you don't consume a lot of fat and acidic foods at one time. Bile is very alkaline and helps digest fats.

@NorybAgetro Yes.I had mine removed 9years ago and did a flush 2 days ago and over 100 stones came out. Good Luck

Do you still need to do a GB cleanse if you've had your GB removed?

hi could u let me know the recipe for the liver gall bladder cleanse?
After you do these flushes you MUST change your diet and eat every meal clean. You MUST eat healthy low glycemic foods and low fat foods. Supplement with Omega 3, 6, 9s FATTY Acids and stay away from animal fats like cheese/dairy and red meats. Its the poor quality American diet that is causing your liver and gallbladder to malfunction.
