"Folks, you've been in jeopardy for the past half-hour? Well, the pressure continues!" -Mike Reilly, *this close* to making me want to kick him in the face for sounding stereotypically happy.
*ahem* DBE returns from a ten-month hiatus with an early Christmas present (or a lump of coal, depending on your view) -- the ninth episode of "Monopoly" from August 11, 1990. Despite its flaws, at least Merv Griffin tried -- and hey, the set's awesome. :)
Here's the open and Round 1, with tonight's hostess Michelle Nicholas and the original commercials intact. Also, this is my first upload through my Xbox 360's DVD player.

Oh my god, I used to have one of those toys. I had the Mario one, and I think I used to stick it onto windows and stuff. I can't believe I bumped into this!!

I was hoping this show would become a daily series in the fall of 1990. Sadly, that wasn't to be.

Well, you can call me crazy if you want, but I'm willing to bet that he saw the pilot for this show, and he's trying to be too much like Peter Tomarken, who hosted it. I don't know, it's just a possibility.
