to those who feel it's neccessary to argue about what genre this bands falls under, what's this and what's that, what makes this and what's makes that, getting on each others cases about who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't, do yourselves a favor and realize it's all a matter of opinion - that is, whether or not you like the song. if you don't, ok. if you do, ok. just shut the fuck up because the typical junior high squabbles about music is as played out as those of religion.

this actually sounds really good... :D

@needmetal I think you might have them confused with the American band of the same name from Minnesota. She (Julie Plante) has somewhat of rougher, gravelly growly voice. Earlier songs from this band had a different singer (Nienke) who actually had a higher vocal range than Marjan.

just cuz it has a chick singer it reminds you of evanescence? you gotta get your musical genres right. i'm sure you think atreyu is metal judging by your user name. this band is considered gothic metal. a lot of bands in the gothic metal genre have singers that just happen to be girls. also look up symphonic metal. same thing, lots of girl singers. evanescence is considered alternative rock and even grunge. so before you judge a band just for their frontman/woman do some research
