Oh! thanks correcting me, I think its great this art is taken seriously through offering competitions. Its too bad to know didn't win, i suppose you will enter again in this new year? Being a finalist must of pissed you off:)

It did not piss me off that I didn't win but what did piss me off was how political it was and the connections that people had that did win. Nothing in life is free of politics not even pole competitions.

Thanks! BY the way just so you know in future the song is called "Lullaby" by the Cure. I was a finalist but did not win this year.

I have 2 poles. One is from platinum stages and the other is x-pole. Both bought from their respective websites.

You do have some good solid moves, and i'm happy you made it in the comp, but something you really need to work on is form. straight legs and pointed toes in particular. You have good moves, solid choreography, but you don't look as pretty as you can doing it, in many of the moves you seemed to be struggling and it took a lot away from the act. If there's a circus school in your area I suggest taking silk or trap classes, with a strong coach who will nag you on form and technique.
