How I fixed it was just kicking and cursing at the computer until it worked:) but that only worked for that night. It stopped working after I closed out of it and I havent got it to work since :( Sorry.

I can't see the scond layer!!
well tenically I can on the small wltle box that is sappose to "show" you what you are doing but not on my actual line art >.>

When I put layer 2 below layer 1 no color showed up. Also I dont have what you are talking about under layers. Anyway I cant go to version two because I live in Germany and they wont allow that video here. I hate having youtube in Germany. Cant it just work the same. Anyway if you can just reply back to help me that would be great! :)

@RomeoXJuliet19 maybe you missed a step :o on my other video "How to color anime version 2" it explains the steps a lot more clear, so maybe it will help u ^_^

when i try to select only the hair it selects all the image I wonder why..i used the magic wand but i don't understand :'(

@iheartkmusicanddrama its probably becuz the lines don't connect so it selects the whole page :P your probably going to ave to do it manually
