The "ruined" comment is rather nasty actually.
And certainly is useless criticism. Especially aimed at someone who is new and who needs constructive comments.
-
Great I so glad you chose a Widor piece besides his famous Toccata.

This performance is not too soft, like the others I've listened to so far. Good job.
This piece was played at the USA national cathedral to honor the victims of 9-11.

you are a beautiful man

I used have this piece memorized a long time ago... I need to learn it again! I know I have the sheet for it somewhere! Nice job by the way!

It's useful sometimes too.

how so, knowitall?

I've done it, it is fun and funny.

I think some "critics" here are more commenting on the organ and the miking of it, than the performance. If I could be more constructive, this kid's performance could have benefited from some variation in registration. It would have raised it from the sobriquet of "academic." Give him time.

Goodness. What a comment. Rather nasty actually.
That kind of criticism in entirely useless. Especially directed at someone who is beginning and needs constructive comments.
Played from the heart! Thanks for sharing, and good luck on your music career.
