@Moodo1 God created all things in this earth, he created men, implanted ideals, laws, statutes, and commandments, if HE would not follow HIS own commandments and COMPROMISE THOSE for mankind, what good it would be? What is the main reason the laws are made? I'll tell you, MAN IS SINFUL IN NATURE, that's why God created laws and commandments that would restrain sin, but what you're saying is just absurd, He couldn't love without CHASTENING, and chastening is punishment.

The greatest bullshit story ever made. They have actually convinced people, that there is an invisible man who lives in the sky & watches everything you do, every second, of every day. And he has 10 things he does not want you to do. @Moodo1 If you can feel your "But that was the old testament!" reflex kicking in, realize that OT prophecy and definitions of Yahweh is what provides Jesus with legitimacy as the Messiah to the people who believe in him. Among the attributes of God is that he is unchanging. If you're going to claim that he also is love,hope and glory, then your definition of love, hope and glory includes burning young girls - which is clearly perverting language.

The Christian God directly orders his followers to burn young girls for having sex for crying out loud. Leviticus 21:9. To suggest that "God is Love" while relying on the bible is to be wildly dishonest.
