  • 1 if you use fire starter you can start on low

2 Switch it to low, if you turn it off

all you got is a can of burning wood.

If you can use 30% wood chips and 70% wood pellets.

  • Wood chips are made to smoke meat. You may have figured that out by now since it is very expensive to burn them for fuel. The reason for all your smoke is that wood chips are soaked in water so they will smoke better for grilling or smoking and to increase the weight of the chips for profit. You only need one or 2 for grilling to get smoked flavor, just dip in water first. It's the dumbest fuel you can use. You can buy a whole cord of seasoned wood for the cost of a few bags of wood chips.

  • Why having a fan? It works really well without just using the amazing updraft succion that fire provides. You don't need a furnace flame to boil water :)

  • I plug the fan in as soon as it's lit and gets going in half the time. Burns Eucalyptus twigs real well. Sold in Australia on a website called stickmanstoves. Also the fan and motor are well insulated and constructed of all metal so no chance of melting.

  • man I would be drinking my french pressed coffee already using my ETA Primus.

  • I think you need long tongues heheh.

  • i would get this but i think the fan would melt.

  • Ordered one today amazon and plan to sell my primus that runs on butane. What is the gel you refer to and where do you get it?t

  • Go to walmart get one of those necklace fans $4 in the camping section uses 2AA batteries while you are at it find some type of solar light or WE and U can use that to recharge the batteries if U want to have something that is RE and will not fail on the trail.

I built a few the best design is the hot head it works really well little bulky but still is lightweight Any questions I will answer them I like to use the stove to keep warm on those cold nights when you want to sit outside by a fire.

  • @reddog694uk

watch the last part of the video, there actually is gasification going.

For the fan u can use a aluminium one. Got one where only the fan blade r out of plastic, and these r cooling themself.

But its alot cheaper to build ur own one.

  • Two points, I dont see any gasification taking place, And the fan is gonna melt soon!!

    Nice gizmo value though.
