An exercise that is based on the idea of long moves, rather than many quick ones, so that the stubborn fat on the stomach would burn away. On this video, I've just cycled for 2 hours before, and you should do these moves, while you're still warm from other exercise. Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays, three times the sequence in one session before streching in the following manner.
I've recently changed the weekly rhytm into 40 s x 2 two days in a row, one rest day, two days in a row and two rest days. 40 secs is far harder to do and the muscles will become bigger automatically.
