Women ski jumpers have been trying to get into the Olympics by going through the courts, and claiming it violates the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms by discriminating against them based on gender. In fact, it has nothing to do with discrimination. These women are not following the rules. Their sport is not developed enough. They need to have 2 international level championships before being included in the Olympics. They also have very few actual competitors and too few countries have female ski jumpers. They need to develop and promote their sport first. They need to follow the rules, not cry discrimination.

  • I'm just wondering what program or website did you use to make all your videos?

  • @sergeantvictory I did it at xtranormal . com

  • It intrigues me as to why you would animate yourself and automate your voice to post a video that does not require and/or enhance the content or your information?....Very strange, indeed.

  • I do it for all my videos, as I do not have a webcam or microphone.

  • we had all the qualifications. two world championships aren't a requirement anymore.

    GET YOUR FACTS RIGHT.

32 countries participate with 300 elite athletes more than many other sports. we did everything else we could, this was our last hope.

the judge agreed with us that it was discriminatory but said that technically the govnt. of canada has no power over the IOC. you're a moron.

  • I read the article and others, and I saw that it said the requirements were not met. When do you need to have the application for inclusion submitted? If your sport can qualify now, did it qualify when it was applied for before? When did the requirements change? Was it recent?

But in any case, I do hope you get included in the future.

  • Oh, Ok.

  • A lot of the articles are wrong, read ones from cbc, globe and mail etc, and you will see that indeed we have met all the requirements and more needed to be included in the Olympics. We don't need an application for inclusion as our sport is already in the Olympics, just the girls are being denied the opportunity. We have done literally everything else possible. Our sport has been ready and hoping to get in the olympics since 1998.

  • Their appeal won't happen, The Supreme Court is going to say the exact same thing that the other two courts did. If they want it, take it up with the IOC, not the organizers. And if you bitches really want to ski jump, do it off a cliff.
