  • You know? I don't know about the breakfast thing. If someone tells you please let me know cuz I'm curious too! Good job maintaining! That is better than a gain as it tells you you are "capable" of doing the proper things to maintain and not gain(even tho I know u r wishing for a loss) I hope this week just knocks your socks off with how fantastic it is in your health, weight loss, eating, etc, and life in general! Big hugs!!!

  • Baked chips with guacamole! Delish!! Great snacks and way to go on the maintaining! You CAN do that one pound next week!

    wow - that's awesome with the coupons!! I never use some and I probably should!!

    Eating before working out is different for different people. For cardio - I eat AFTER but if I'm going to do an intense workout with weights, I will have carbs before working out and protein after. Cardio - as long as you keep it light is okay without eating.
