@anteabuel Habu is a japanese company that makes really off the beaten track yarns, (and it will probably help the explanation if I say it is not necessarily geared towards knitters, but also towards weavers). The yarn in question, if I'm not mistaken, is one of their very fine gauge of stainless steel wrapped in silk. When you knit it it's a bit like knitting wire, it has elasticity, but doesn't bounce back. So it gives a result you can tug into unusual shapes.

I am 90% death, so I rely on visual explanation of the knitted pieces but I loose all the information about the yarns, the needles size and where to look to find it. I am very good at guessing and it made me quite creative. But the "yarn"... what is it? it looks like industrial thread, like waxed linen, it seems a bit stiffer like what shoes makers use. The cardboard bobine seems a century old. Please... and thanks for reading me.

I googled and found this information for the yarn and recomended needle size . I imagine amyknitty used a 9 or 10 needle for lacy look.

looks itchy and rough for a scarf? hopefully softer feeling than it looks not sure what you are going to use it for ? if you casted on why the heck couldn't you bind off?? looks sorta looks like homemade flounce yarn
