1.First go to New then HD 720p-30 it should look different then it ussally does
2. Get a clip like my intro etc Click share go down to expert settings click MOV to MPEG-4 then click options
3. Set the video format to H264 frame rate to 30fps screen size to 1280 x 720 HD In audio set the format to AAL-LC and data rate to 192kbps and then finnaly set the sample rate to 44.100kHz
4. Lastly set the file format to Mp4
