Participants in the Rupe Conference on Media Ownership dealt with several topics related to the conference theme. In the fourth session, Ken Harwood, a media specialist and writer, gave a talk entitled: Model Media Firms while Philip Napoli, Director of the Donald McGannon Communication Research Center and Assoc. Professor of Communications and Media Management at Fordham University, dealt with the issue of: "Bridging Communication Research and Media Regulation." Miriam Metzger, Assistant Professor in Communication at UCSB, moderated the questions from the audience.
