I know that this video was recorded in May. It is now October, and the lowest I've seen gas in Albuquerque, New Mexico is $2.89

The reason why gasoline will never get cheaper is from the growth of industrialization.
The supply will never increase significantly, because oil companies have already drilled many test wells to find out where the oil is.
The profits of Oil companies has been out of sync and very high recently because the value on Wall street got higher from panic after it hit $100 a barrel.
