@countrygirl418 i dont know what you are talking about. My husband is an ice maker and he says the olympia is a piece of shit. He drives them both all the time, and their olympia is always the shitties surface they have.

Olympias are JUNK! They have GMC engines, which also suck. I work at a local ice rink, we have 2 Olympias and both are always breaking down for one thing or another, they are only like 11 yrs old or so. Look at the issue with the 2010 winter olympics. ZAMBONI is the origional, and the best! The older ones had a Volkswagen engine as well which made this top machine in it's days. There's the origional, and then there's knockoffs which states Olympia well, you get what you pay for.

My father drove the Zamboni for 30 years before he retired... he's glad to finally spend his winters staying WARM..

Zamboni, the original; everything else is just a pretender to the throne.
