http://www.freezerburns.com Michael Angelo's consistently rates high in my book for producing quality frozen meals at great prices. This Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan meal is no exception. Eggplant can sometimes be too much or too tough. Combine Michael Angelo's great authentic italian marinara sauce, loaded with cheeses, and a nice breaded eggplant and you have a near perfect meal. The Frozen Food Master reviews this Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parmesan meal. He will tell you how this frozen product looks, smells, and tastes in this episode of Freezerburns. • i bet he gets payed from the company to advertise

  • This is probably my other favorite frozen meal next to the Morningstar Farms chili (how funny that you reviewed both!). I like to zap it a little longer so that the cheese and eggplant get pretty "done." And there is a lot of gooey cheese; goes really well with the eggplant and breading.

  • @TombstoneInc try sams club

  • Love Michael Angelo's Eggplant Parm. Whenever I see the big trays (2pack) of these in BJs, I pick up a few. You can't beat this quality and taste for something frozen.

  • You should try some Fresh Farm products. They make some really good appetizer type frozen foods. Their mozzarella sticks are boss.

  • It looks like my Grandma's home-made eggplant parm. Soooooooo good.

  • Greg I am a big fan and I have to ask you have you ever eaten a meal that has that harsh freezerburnt flavor. Ugh just happened to me. Nasty

  • When u get a chance can u review the new ihop breakfest pastry i tried it and wasn't big on it but would be glad to hear someone else's point of view

  • I just bought the Michael Angelo's Chicken Piccata the other day but I haven't tried it yet. I have seen the Eggplant Parmesan before always been curious about it. Maybe sometime I should buy it as a treat.

  • I wonder if in the effort to flash freeze the eggplant the center didn't flash freeze and took longer and larger ice crystals grew and damaged the cell membranes and caused it to mushy.
