Fair use laws deny your claims. This person is not using this for commercial purposes, merely to get it viewed by a broader group of people. When he uploaded this to youtube Ryan didn't have his on youtube (IIRC it was private originally, but don't quote me on that). There is no ground to have this removed and I can't imagine why you would want to.

I bought the song. But it's not as wesome just listening to it. I need to watch the video. Heheh. As far as the meaning of the video... I think she's his muse, but at the end he loses his shadow, she becomes permanent and he the ghost.
