This is great to watch! I'm glad these guys were able to perform even if it was way later than their heyday. They probably liked it better than they would have in the old days and thier fans appreciated them more!

I was there that night with my brother, who was their biggest fan. Sadly he passed away a few years later, so it was wonderful for him to be at the gig - took us back to saturday morning TV when we were growing up. After the Banana Splits and Arabian Nights it was the Monkees Show. Miss those days - hearty innocent fun that still makes me beam

I know the Monkees were put together for a t.v show and had alot of writers behind them, but each was talented in his own right... Peter & Mike could really play instruments, Mike wrote music, Mickey could act, sing and taught himself drums. and Davey could act and flat out sing! I think this video 30 years later proves my point!!!!
