what the ratio meat/baking soda?

What is wrong with this "healthy" looking, very sweet girl ? She is not fat at all... she is perfect ! All you jealous idiots who want to insult, take a look at yourself. You must have a sad life if you sit at your computer all day and bad-mouth people. Maybe you were mis-treated as a child or were never loved... if so, I feel sorry for you. You only live once, try to be positive like Aarti, it really feels good. Maybe seek counseling, don't be ashamed, it will be OK !

The recipe looks fabulous but they seemed to turn out super burnt is that normal?

If u don't like the way she talks ect then don't watch her videos simple as that. U must be very insecure about yourself that u talk smack I'm pretty sure u ain't skinny urself

This was really good. I like more coriander than parsley. It tasted great with some Toum.

Wow you really know how to handle meat(: Logs of Meat... You look good doing it. Nice work

I love kebabs!
Ground lamb cheaper than ground beef? Do you buy the ingredient yourself?

@mikate09 i do indeed buy all my ingredients myself. think i have a team or something? ha! i meant ground lamb is cheaper than whole lamb (chops, steaks, rack).

aarti,
i don't like pomegranate juice so i'm not sure if i'll like the molasses, what can i subsitute for it?

@yvonnewongdds good question! let's see... you could do a little mix of lemon juice and honey... or perhaps boil down some cranberry juice to a syrupy consistency and try that? you want something sweet but sharp.
