The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Anime Season 2 "AMV" - (Deja Vu Thesis Edit) [TIGERM]

Heya! ^_^ This is my 4th AMV.

This is an AMV collage of the 'Eerie' Deja Vu Episodes [episodes 2 through 9]
In The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2. I didn't add any music to this one. (Just the natural themes, sounds and dialogue with mild-edits in some parts of the vid.)

This is part of a 3-part AMV trilogy.]

The 'effect' of this edit is sooo eerie to me... and kudos to all artists and Seiyuu For 'redoing' the 'same scenes' over and over but changing the lines and visuals only-so-much... I still have not ever seen anything like this done before in an anime series besides this one released this year. Period.

It took a little while to do this [edited together about 240 minutes over 8 episodes into one less-than 8-minute video for the 'Synopsis Effect' ^^;...]

But ultimately, I didn't do anything but edit.loop some sounds and video effects... You are not getting 'double vision' or anything... every thing you see here
is from the actual series The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2 episodes 2 through 9 [called: 'The Infinite 8'].

It's about giving a 'potential reason' for our protagonists' 'Deja Vu' [Deja Vu - Is it time relooping itself? Not too hard to believe... sometimes... o_o;]

While putting this together... I realized that this series of eps on 'Deja Vu' Was as friggin' FREAKY as SAW I - V [see tribute video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UHAVs2tn76M] without even 'trying to be' 'creepy' or 'scary.'
[And with the perk of a 'Fun Summer Theme' and a whole-lot less blood. ^^;]

Indeed... 'The Infinite 8...'

Deja Vu is very much an odd phenomena to me...
And I have not ever seen it explored like this.

That's the final episode of the very unique [only time I've ever seen it done in an anime! O.O]

8-episode "mini-series" within the series [and well named] "Infinite 8" [8 episodes, sideways become...]

That episode is Episode 9 of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Season 2 my friend. =3

@BeanWantaBurger REALLY dislike the fact that Haruhi asks Kyon so many favors and how quick Koizumi is to fulfill her requests. If Haruhi demanded Koizumi to strip naked and go down on her...he probably would [...seriously <.<]. Kyon would yell that she had lost her mind if she asked him. And I think that the "polar-opposite/jealousy-of-fr­eedom' Kyon has towards Koizumi is probably the reason they have such a strong friendship =)

Haruhi: "Mikuru! Your pole! Your pole!"

Koi: I shall retrieve it.

@BeanWantaBurger Koizumi is really cool. =)

I like how although Kyon tries to act like he's "all-careless-and-stuff" towards how either Mikuru OR Haruhi is to him on a romantic level -- Koizumi seems to bring Kyon's "true feelings" to surface lol

Like in the 'Infinite 8' where Mikuru calls Kyon crying and Kyon asks WHY Koizumi is there around Mikuru while she's crying [after he almost drops the phone of course once Mikuru's haunting voice goes over the receiver! XD] Also, he seems to...

@TIGERMDOTNET Lol xD. I love Konata because I can relate to her in many ways xD. Besides the fact I'm really tall <.<. I love Yuki too :D. She's epic :P. Koizumi's my favorite though because you can never tell what he's thinking. Also, I love his voice and how he has a completely different personality deep down :P.

@BeanWantaBurger Konata is quite interesting.

She really is just... wow... lol off the wall and there is this HUGE fan base that likes to poke fun at her because of how mellow/cool her character is and how MIyuki, Patty and even Kagamin [*Cough Tsurende!* Huh? O.O] could share some chest size with her! XD

But she works like "Lina Invese" in that her character is more innovative/attention grabbing BECAUSE she isn't "build to look at" but rather "built to hear" and I LOVE her "cat smile" =3 =)

And OH!@ You've seen "Lucky Star?" =D One of my friends introduced me to that series and it truly is an AMAZING series! In fact, they even hint at The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and the Exchange student with the soft voice and large breasts [Patty] refers to the "Hare Hare Yukai" Dance! ["It's not like Hare Hare..." she says in one part =)]

One of the characters, Miyuki, reminds me of an aspect of myself [an OC / character]

And Konata.

@TIGERMDOTNET Lol. That's definitely correct :p. Unfortunately, I haven't seen The Matrix but it sounds pretty epic x3. And by =3, do you mean RWJ? lol. And also, I think the endless 8 actually helped the viewers because they didn't want to watch it because it was so repetitive, but you wanted to see if there were some different scenes :3. It's kind of like Lucky Star's opening: they talk about how to eat food for like 10 minutes and it's annoying, but you want to see if they change the subject.

@BeanWantaBurger Oh! NOT Just You that's for sure! ^_^ I think that the "Endless 8" episode probably spoke to a LOT of people who had seen it and that's one of the reasons why the anime is so strong. It tends to hint on parts of our existence and society that people generally just... think about but don't talk about unless something like this anime comes out =)

This or a movie like "The Matrix" [which the original first season of The Melancholy truly reminds me of =3]
