I own this bluetooth I have no problems with it and using it I dont know why the hell ur bashing the best bluetooth on the market, They are better than Jawbone...... And not to mention the voices built in the bluetooth, ur comment is uncalled for SOOOOO BLUEANT ALL THE WAY..... Screw All of you haters who dont even appreciate technology advancing for either android or phones that could someday use the blueant app......

I agree that the sound quality is not the best you can find on the market. You need to raise your voice to be heard even without any noise around.
But I do not agree on the rest: it fits well in my ear even without the "candy cane".
Also a feature that was not introduced in the video: the headset can store contacts from your mobile.
Another bad point for me: 6hours of talk time is just average nowadays. A 8-10hours talk time would make it better!

@infosyncvideos I kinda like the name you've given her :) If anyone is interested, I just found out that you can turn off the unit with a voice command also... There's a list of voice commands on Blueant's site.

Power button location? If you're turning off the unit you're probably NOT going to keep wearing it. I didn't hers anything about the FREE firmware updates offered. Several other companies charge for updates. I don't care for Gwendolyn's voice but I can understand her clearly when text msgs are read back. Answering and ignoring a call with just my voice is awesome and truly makes my phone a handsfree device.
