Their voices are very nasal and breathy that's what makes their voices seem so alike. But the only difference is that Rachael Lampa has her throaty and rough-ness in her voice when she hits the higher notes. And she's MUCH better at riffs and has wider range. I love mandy moore but Rachael lampa is definitely has much more trained and developed voice than mandy.
