  • can't wait for mine. IMHO stripper clips are better, and also much easier due to their location on this stock. On the standard the action is too far forward to load easy, and the gun is too front-heavy. When you aren't close to 6' and 200lb, the bullpup is better.

  • whats the chance of getting a stock like that into new zealand?

  • @GreenJesus423 Dear god, that's awesome. Thanks for telling me, I need to look into that. The only thing keeping me from getting my own SKS so far has been that I don't want to deal with stripper clips. I already deal with them for my M44 and No.5 Enfield. I thought the magazines were all installed too as the SKS clone my friend has, the mag is 10 rounds and fixed to the rifle. There is no detach point or a well, but he can unscrew it from each end and put in a fixed high cap mag.

  • @WolfFawkes With an additional 20 bucks you can get a high capacity magazine release and feed it the same 20 or 30 round sks mags. It may even beable to support a drum magazine

  • Look it's G.I. Jack-off.

  • @TheMrfrawg SKS's were never designed to take a detachable magazine, so the internal magazine MUST be loaded via stripper clips. (Both terms apply in this case.)

So, this is really just a silly piece of garbage in the end. If someone wants a short rifle in 7,62x39 soviet.... instead of wasting a nice SKS carbine, they can just get a WASR-10. Which is a relatively short version of the AK-47 produced by Century Arms. This bullpup weapon however.... more accurate at distance.

  • It's almost hard to believe that this unholy abomination was once a glorious SKS carbine designed by Sergei Simonov...

  • 6 month wait period on getting one :(

  • @zizzy007 i know bullpups have trigger rod problems due to faulty designs; ill take my folding pistol grip anyday...still got the full barrel and bayonet if needed(for the zombie invasion; or (censored for our protection) peace out fellow enthusiast
