Lights Out in Lancaster Ohio

The power went off in the early evening, and stayed off until around 11pm. Being bored and net-less, I grabbed my wireless phone and started taking video. Throwing it up here on YouTube so I can stick it in my blog. Oh, and the whole town didn't go dark... just my neighborhood and like 10 or 12 blocks around where I live... heh

Hehe... you are right... I lived on the west side for a while, and I don't remember the power ever going out.  On this side of town though, it seems like the power flickers every time there is a stiff breeze. :-)

wow september 2008 and the power was out for like 3 days.

i swear i almost starved becuase i couldne even boil water to make some ramen. :(

that night sucked. it's like a friggin tornado can rip through lancaster and we'd still be able to catch "the office" but a drop in the temperature can destroy the power lines

LOL you need to live on the west side of town we don't lose power that often. All though AEP is much better then South Centeral so be happy about that.
