Metroid NES - Shortcut to Kraid

By using this method you can go to Kraid very fast in this game.

Instructions: When you are stuck in the blue door, press down and then up quickly. Keep doing this. After a while you have to press jump (A-button) a couple of times... It's easy when you have done it a couple of times!

I'm trying to get through Kraid's lair (to normal way, with morph ball bombs) and I can easily say THIS IS THE HARDEST FUCKING GAME I'VE EVER PLAYED.

metroid is only hard if you are lost or don't have the patience to grind for health/ammo. metroid prime is the hardest in my oppinion (on the hardest difficulty). it took me about 300 tries to get through the phazon mines (maybe a little exagerated). the hardest part in this game is kraid imo, but he's no big deal if you have enough health. mother brain is a little harder in this game than super metroid, but metroid zero mission has the hardest mb imo.

@davidgsr2k You think Ninja Gaiden is harder than Metroid? Not that I think Metroid is a super hard or anything, but Ninja Gaiden didn't give me problems until the fifth level and there's only six levels. The last boss was really hard, but I didn't find the rest of the game very difficult.

The corridor stuck trick. That's the way I learned how to get the Varia suit.

Course if you end up in the morphing ball position while stuck in a wall you're screwed :)
