I think your friend must have been mistaken - lips do not have oil glands, so putting chapstick on them couldn't possibly "train" them to produce less moisture since they don't do it in the first place

@petrilude Hi! I have been enjoying your video but for the lip care when I just use petroleum jelly in the morning at night, it works wonders but my lips feel to watery, if that makes sense lol but I was wondering ifmyou could tell me how I could make this into more of a buttery balm lol it does not make sense do you have this problem??
