Seals & Crofts - Summer Breeze (Tsuper Tsunami Remix)

"Summer Breeze" is a 1972 soft rock, top-10-charting single by Seals and Crofts.

Released from the "Summer Breeze" album, Seals & Crofts' original version reached number six on the U.S. pop singles chart. Bruce Eder of Allmusic referred to it as "one of those relentlessly appealing 1970s harmony-rock anthems, appropriately ubiquitous on the radio and in the memory". One of the distinctive backing instruments on "Summer Breeze" is a child's toy piano. The single reached #6 pop, and #4 easy listening on the Billboard magazine charts.

This version was remixed by Philip Steir and Ramin Sakurai in 2004 as part of "What Is Hip? Remix Project Volume One."

@jameala It is still Seals and Crofts' material but the remixing was done by a fella by the name of Philip Steir back in 2004. To differentiate his mix from the original, it goes by the name "Tsuper Tsunami Mix" and appeared on the Warner Brothers album "What is Hip? Remix Project Volume 1" from Warner Music.

Man - "Took me forever to find this version" - I thought I was the only one!

Heard this on some pop radio station while in someone else's car. I'd never heard "Summer Breeze" but found it on google. However, I still had a burning desire to hear this particular remix again. I only found it by listening to all the previews for songs named "Summer Breeze" one at a time.

What's great about this version is its minimalism. Doesn't change a thing about the original besides adding a lil' hip-hop beat.
