@tmasters27 size, fur, Malamutes are larger. Siberian huskies are much smaller/less poofy... and alaskan huskies aren't even a registered breed.

@tmasters27 Husky (I own two): Smaller (50-60lbs), much faster, temperament like a Wolf but smarter/nicer, more stubborn, most athletic dog on the planet (marathoner), insanely smart (can learn complex tasks like turning on and of faucets-whether they WANT or FEEL LIKE doing something is a different story, has blue eyes (sometimes brown or bi-eyes).
Malamute: Large to very large (I've seen 1 yr old at 100+ lbs), mush slower, they're like a freight train, super powerful (1 can pull 1000 lbs).

Stupid question, but can anyone tell me the exact difference between a malamute and a husky is?

I love malamutes so much, they're amazing, I'll be getting 1 as soon as i get my new house. They're a liitle harder to get in england, but not impossible.
p.s. sorry to change the subject, but does any1 know the name of this song?....sounds cool
