The Goryeo - Preparing for Action

Finally! Some more Okamiden music!

When I first tried to play The Goryeo, trying to mimic the notes and chords I heard, I was discouraged at first... not as easy as I thought it would be to nail. Buuut... all the practice eventually paid off! :) Still kinda awkward at some points... here nonetheless!

I already knew how to play Preparing for Action... so I hashed them together for the sake of somewhat decent improvisation. I kept only a small segment of this one in there since it's not the central focus piece.

For those who know about the Goryeo in the game... at the end of this piece, I really wanted to portray the present state of the shipwreck (as illustrated in Okamiden, during the present time). Clearly, in Okami, the ship was easily mistaken as a dark and dreary place... that's not how I see it now. :)

This game's score definitely needs more love, and I salute you for helping! You did an excellent job here! Can I request the main boss theme (i.e. "An End to Yami" or "The Emperor Of Eternal Darkness Descendants' Suppression)?

@speyeker Okay... so I've been going at An End to Yami for about three hours... I got it down (kinda) but I'm honestly not feeling it te way I've been hoping to by now... I think I need a LOT more time with the song before it will be successful. ^^

i do think this is great musicand all, but i dont hear preparing for action, and even then, isnt it kinda hard to do preparing for action on whatever you played on?

@Ishnura13 Preparing for Action begins at 2:21... and with a key modification, it's easy to hash together any pieces of music. Again, it's not the central focus of the composition... so I didn't stick with it for too long. It only lasts until around 2:50. It starts to trail off into an interlude before going back to the Goryeo.
