    1. my goal is to eat mindfully,

    2. because i consume a lot of food when bored, stressed, not paying attention and I'm sick of wearing it!

    3. When I'm hungry, I sit down with my food at the table with cutlery(!) and make sure there's no tv, radio, reading matter, close my eyes and chewwwww sllllowwwwwwwwwwwly. Stop when I'm full. my clothes are looser already :)

    4. I write how I get on in my diary in the evening, remembering NOT to just note the failures

  • @Shaea15 Never too late to start. We're well on our way, but start your own and watch each following video on your own schedule :)

  • 1. eating 3 healthy meals, drinking 2 liters of water, no soda

    2. Because most of the time I eat one meal a day and snack on chips and drink lots of soda

    3. I'm gonna start making my own meals and buy a lunch box for Uni. I'll keep a water bottle with me in all times.

  • @SingingNurseKristie Great goals! I am joining too, I'm not really doing H4H anymore but am going to make a final video the last week of it to report in. This is more my speed - I need to focus on small changes right now. Hope you're doing well!
